Refund Policy
As per the gateway payment refund time frame, the amount will be refunded only in case of payment failure issue. We don't refund any amount as the item once bought cannot be refunded as the products are perishable/food items. Item can only be exchange if package are expired and the vendor agrees for the same after verification. We'll provide vendor details and coordinate with vendor for expired products. we will refund the amount only if the item had not been delivered by the courier/postal staff and after acknowledging the same from the delivery agent (courier/postal). The amount will be refunded based on the payment gateway timeline.
Product delivery
All products will be shipped with either speed post / professional courier. We don't have control over the shipment of product. We will provide tracking/consignment number for you to track the parcel/order. All delivery items might take 6-15 working days or even more depending on courier service. For each order we will share consignment details so that you can track or check with the concern courier/postal service for the same. Our delivery charges for any order is Rs. 200
Exceptions
We don’t have any exceptions. So please read our terms and condition properly. We do not take any responsible for any issues arising out of this website or products. Its users/your sole discretion.
Reasonableness
